In addition to experience with all age ranges, I utilize humor when appropriate. At the end of the day, we are all human and desire connection and understanding. My goal is to offer that support and genuine relationship in every session. I specialize in work with young adults and adults, treating Depression, Anxiety disorders, OCD, ADHD, life transitions, trauma, relationship conflicts/couples counseling, and grief. My goal is to help you navigate these tough situations so that you can feel confident and prepared with the skills to cope with the emotions accompanying them.
