Many of the people I work with struggle with self-criticism, anxiety, depression, or feeling fully alive and at ease with being themselves in the world. I am committed to fostering the therapeutic relationship in order to help reduce or alleviate symptoms with efficiency and care. I am certified in Psychedelic Support (Internal Family Systems) and Ketamine Therapeutic Applications and SAF-T (Sensation Awareness Focus Technique).
