My name is Jake Stowell, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist practicing in Costa Mesa, California at Journeys Counseling Ministry. I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Much of my experience has been with minors and adult men who struggle with issues including addiction, anxiety, depression, suicidal thoughts, divorce, grief, and trauma. Counseling takes many forms, as it is important to tailor treatment to each person or family's needs. When working with children, I strongly believe in incorporating caregivers as much as possible, as this helps ensure lasting health and wellness. If you or your loved ones are experiencing emotional or interpersonal difficulties, counseling can be helpful. While counseling can take many forms, I am a strong believer in including family in treatment. I believe we heal and grow best when we do it together.
