I am a clinical intern at SEVA Counseling in Des Moines, Iowa, completing my Master's of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. As an intern, I am able to provide counseling services at a significantly reduced cost! This may be useful to those without insurance coverage or those with limited financial options. I have a particular interest in working with individuals who are experiencing symptoms of obsessive-compulsive disorder, anxiety, panic, grief, depression, anger, and trauma. I am receiving specialized training in acceptance and commitment therapy and exposure and response prevention therapy. I am LGBTQ-affirming.
