Past traumas unresolved and/or current stressors can lead to interpersonal issues, feeling emotionally overwhelmed, anxiety, depression and the list goes on, especially when support is limited for various reasons. During your time in my care, we will work on identifying specific stressors and use traditional and holistic techniques to bring you to the level of functioning you desire. Are you struggling while trying to get pregnant, during pregnancy, postpartum and parenting?
