As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I bring a compassionate, relational approach to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journeys toward growth and healing. Rooted in Attachment Theory, my practice is guided by dedication to understanding healthy relationships, childhood development, trauma, and resiliency. I have extensive experience working with clients across all stages of life, from children and adolescents to adults and older adults. By tailoring my approach to each individual’s developmental needs, I help clients navigate life’s challenges and build the skills necessary for emotional well-being. I am trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), a highly effective, evidence-based approach to psychotherapy that focuses on improving emotional connection and fostering secure attachment in relationships. I also incorporate the Neurosequential Model, a developmentally sensitive, neurobiology-informed framework for addressing clinical challenges.
