Starting therapy is a courageous step, and I’m here to support you every step of the way. With over a decade of experience, I help individuals navigate anxiety, trauma, life transitions, addiction, and personal struggles. As a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Supervisor (LCMHCS) and Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) in NC; a Licensed Professional Counselor Supervisor (LPCS) in SC, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Michigan. I also serve as a Clinical Supervisor Intern (CSI), guiding future substance use counselors. I provide a safe, affirming space where you can feel seen, supported, and empowered.
