Welcome! I graduated with my undergraduate degree in Community Psychology at the University of Washington, and graduated with my master’s degree in Social Work from Simmons University. I am experienced in working with adults to address anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, grief/loss, relational challenges, and chronic medical diagnoses. I truly enjoy working with individuals from all backgrounds, and firmly believe in the importance of collaboration in the therapeutic relationship. I meet all clients through a strengths-based and holistic lens, and from a place of compassion and empathy to facilitate healing and growth.
