I am a licensed Marriage Family Therapist with 10+ years of clinical experience and an array of lived experiences. I use a CBT approach to assist the individual in identifying distorted narratives in an effort to assist the client in gaining insight and awareness into their specific issues. I work with youth, teens, adolescents, parents, single parents, transition-age youth, young adults, and middle-aged adults.
