I work with clients who desire help managing their anger, anxiety and depression by teaching them effective coping strategies. Substance use can sometimes interfere with coping efforts and I work with these issues as well. I also specialize in weight loss techniques for individuals who might have this concern and may be diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
