I help adults struggling with trauma, anxiety, emotional numbness, and relationship distress. Using Internal Family Systems (IFS), I support clients in healing from complex trauma, childhood wounds, military service-related stress, and the lingering impact of emotionally overwhelming experiences. I have extensive experience working with those who may feel pressure to “hold it together” but are seeking deeper emotional insight and connection. I also work with couples facing conflict, disconnection, or trust issues. I treat all relational-types from traditional marriage to ethical non-monogamy and alternative relationships.
