Hi, I'm James and I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I specialize in working with couples to improve communication, conflict resolution, connection, and infidelity. I also work with individuals who have concerns such as anxiety, depression, divorce, navigating family dynamics, loss, self-esteem, and a variety of other intra-personal concerns. I work collaboratively with clients to set goals, identify problematic patterns, increase awareness of patterns, and change or break those patterns. I have a down to earth approach and avoid the use of jargon. I make therapy approachable for even the biggest of skeptics.
