I help people heal from their past and build confidence in their future. I have helped many people overcome hypervigilance, sleep disruption, anxiety, anger, and panic issues related to past abuse or traumatic experiences. With gentleness and empathy I help people resolve issues with their past, make difficult changes, and adopt a new outlook. I have done extensive work with clients focusing on emotional, physical, and sexual abuse, crime, workplace stress, and relational trauma. I have specialized training and experience in working with clients sexual dysfunction and LGBTQ+ issues.
