Effective 2/02/2026 - I have immediate openings and I am in-network with several insurance companies - I enjoy working with teens and young adults who feel weighed down by ADHD, anxiety, depression, family stress, and difficulties with peer relationships. My ideal client is curious about themselves, even if they don’t always feel confident, and wants to find steadier ground in their daily life. They’re looking for clarity, balance, and more meaningful connections with friends, family, and themselves as they grow into the person they want to become. My approach is client-centered and strengths-based, drawing from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic tools to fit my clients' unique needs. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can lighten the weight of daily struggles, uncover inner strengths, and build healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
