Welcome! I am a white, queer, trans nonbinary therapist licensed in NY & RI. I bring both lived experience & learnings/unlearnings to my work with folks in the LGBTQIA2S+ community, who are neurodivergent, navigating complex trauma, spoonies, as well as people who work in healing professions. I endeavor to provide an affirming therapeutic space where experiences can be processed, meaningful connection with self & others nurtured, & life stressors, emotions & identities explored. My practice is relational, culturally responsive, attuned and rooted in harm-reduction, trauma-informed, justice & collective liberation-oriented values.
