Having graduated from Naropa University's Contemplative Counseling Master's Program, my focus is to assist clients in applying self-kindness. Furthermore, I lead clients through mindfulness practices centered toward promoting self-acceptance. Seeing myself as a hypnotic permission slip through which my clients can access their own innate wisdom, I believe that all individuals carry within themselves the Brilliant Sanity with which they are capable of healing themselves and gaining autonomy over their lives. As such, I serve as a catalyst for my clients' healing and transformational process.
