Misperceptions of others and ourselves cause much of the psychological pressures we face. I have 20+ years of experience working with various people with a multitude of afflictions, in both clinical and non-clinical settings. I have worked with a range of people from highly successful professionals to people who struggle in every sphere of their existence.
