Via telehealth, I enjoy collaborating with clients to help them develop a deeper understanding of themselves and a corresponding ability to live a more genuine and effective life. I meet clients where they are, rather than impose a framework, so my approach is tailored to you. My treatment skills, honed over many decades of work with a variety of clients presenting with a wide array of problems, are supplemented by a diverse life experience (I was a musician prior to becoming a psychologist) that enables me to provide a broad perspective on the human condition. I frequently rely on humor to soften life's inevitable challenges.
