As a veteran and dedicated mental health counselor, my mission is to erase the stigma surrounding mental illness while transforming lives. With over 21 years of experience, I address challenges like PTSD, depression, anxiety, and anger management. I have a deep passion for assisting fellow veterans, as our shared experiences foster trust and connection. I also work with children and adults of all ages, using modalities like EMDR and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to tailor effective therapeutic plans. I am committed to helping veterans, children, and adults of all ages navigate their unique challenges.
