I take a down-to-earth, compassion-centered approach to therapy. My goal is to create a space where you can be yourself, feel understood, and start making sense of what’s weighing you down. I often work with people dealing with depression, substance use, or big life changes who just feel stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we’ll slow things down, find what really matters to you, and build the tools to move forward in a way that feels real and lasting. I utilize a multi-faceted approach, drawing from aspects of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Narrative Therapy. These three approaches are distinctly different but have a common thread; ascribing meaning and perspective to our lives. I also integrate mindfulness and meditative practices into all of the work that I do.
