Life is rough at times. We can't always do it on our own. Sometimes we need professional guidance and support. I provide therapy services to adults and adolescents who are struggling with relationships, depression, or anxiety. My style is eclectic--I blend various schools of thought from my training and 25+ years of experience. I'm also interactive--I don't just reflect back what you've already said. Instead, I listen, use empathy, and focus my responses to help you get "unstuck" and accomplish the goals you want.
