I’m thrilled to announce that my practice is now open extended hours from September to April! I’m excited to welcome new clients and help them navigate life transitions, mood-related challenges like depression and anxiety, and the journey of self-discovery. Mindfulness is an important part of my approach, but I don’t see it as a one-size-fits-all solution. Instead, I believe it’s just one tool among many that can be helpful. I work closely with individuals who have ADHD, neurodivergence, LGBTQIA+ identities, kink, BDSM, ENM, and relational or sexual health concerns.
