I am a Cognitive Behavioral Therapist authorized to provide telepsychology services in over 45 states under the authorization of PSYPACT. I was trained at the Beck Institute for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Research and certified in cognitive behavioral therapy, clinical CBT supervision, and a Fellow of the Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy where I also served on their Board of Directors. I was a member of the Steering Committee for the NJ-Academy of Cognitive Behavioral Therapists whose mission is to educate local professionals on CBT.
