If you need help with depression and anxiety, or are struggling to break or gain control over unhealthy patterns, unhappy relationships, or addiction, psychotherapy can be an effective treatment. I work hard to understand what makes you unique, how your personal history affects you now, and what qualities and strengths you can tap into to feel better. I typically will take an active approach with you, at times challenging negative or distorted thinking and at other times helping you face painful feelings.
