I utilize an active approach in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, addictions, work and family stress with a specialty in panic disorders. I can help people move forward by working on the connections between people's thoughts and their resulting emotions. Although I cannot prescribe medication I have a degree in psychopharmacology and can make recommendations for medication assistance when appropriate.
