I currently work with couples seeking help with their relationships, help with adults, adolescents, children and families dealing with stage of life adjustments and transitions. I use an eclectic style of therapy that primarily focuses on family systems while incorporating many other techniques and strategies such as EFCT, solution focused, CBT, DBT, and others, both in office until May 2024 and Teletherapy.
