Providing a supportive and compasionate environment, we focus on identifying the underlying factors to your problems/symptoms. We collaboratively establish clear goals and a plan to address the issues, thus leading to a happier, more productive life. I provide individual, couples, and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We will work together to determine if short or longer term treatment is best for you. I am a psychodynamically oriented clinician and also incorporate a Cognitive-Behavioral approach as well.
