About
I am a Feminist Experiential Depth psychotherapist. I specialize in trauma resolution, attachment wounds, identity, grief support, and coming into one's own. I support my clients in an “individuation of the heart, that opens one to qualities of life and levels of consciousness previously unknown.” My life’s work is to midwife the unborn in the born—to continuously birth new expressions of Self that are authentic, integrated, and empowered. The “midwifery tools” I work with to facilitate this “birth after birth” are: Somatic Experiencing, Internal Family Systems, Feminist Therapy, Depth Psychology, and Interpersonal Neurobiology.
