Welcome! I'm Jameshia Johnson, and I am dedicated to supporting neurodivergent individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of trauma, depression, and anxiety. Additionally, I have experience working with those involved in the criminal justice system. My approach is rooted in a deep understanding of these struggles, and I employ techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and other evidence-based modalities to foster healing and growth.
