I practice in Kentucky. Currently accepting new clients. My practice assists adults who are seeking therapy for anxiety, depression, stress management, and personal growth. By utilizing these clinical treatment modalities: cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, coping skills, and exploring emotions.
