Hello, I'm Jami Ivey. I'm excited to meet you! Together we'll work on your therapy goals one step at a time. I see clients with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, ADHD, PTSD, and grief. Generally, I work with adults and adolescents. We all go through different stressors and/or life changes: so talking with someone can be beneficial. Therapy is a great way to obtain support, insight, and guidance through difficult times. I enjoy working with people who are goal-oriented and want to work to better themselves.
