Trauma Focused Clinician: You’ve been through things that changed you — maybe in ways you don’t even fully understand yet. You may feel disconnected, on edge, or exhausted from trying to hold it all together. My role is to help you feel safe enough to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and begin healing on your own terms. I specialize in helping adults heal from trauma — including complex trauma, medical trauma, relationship trauma, and childhood emotional neglect. Together, we’ll work to make sense of your experiences, reduce the emotional intensity that keeps you stuck, and rebuild a sense of trust in your body. I believe that trauma is not just a story about what happened to you — it’s how your body learned to survive. Healing begins when we bring awareness and compassion to those survival patterns.
