Hi, I’m Jamica Cobbs, and therapy with me is down-to-earth, honest, and focused on real change. Anxiety and depression can show up as overthinking, burnout, irritability, or a constant sense that something isn’t right—even if you can’t explain why. My approach is grounded in the fact that we all need space to figure things out sometimes—and tools that actually help. My approach is practical and collaborative so together, we’ll work on strategies you can use in real life—not just in session. You don’t need to have all the answers before starting therapy. You just need a space to start sorting through it—and that’s where I come in!
