Working with the right therapist may provide support to process your experiences and gather tools to live with more ease. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Board Certified Art Therapist I utilize both talk therapy and art therapy to help clients reflect and gain new perspectives. I offer services to teens, adults, families and groups. I specialize in anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, social skills, trauma and women's issues. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck or numb and looking for a way to feel better, you are not alone. I offer free 30 minute consultations for you to get more information about the services I provide. If I am not the right fit for you I will do my best to offer a referral to another appropriate professional.
