I believe every human being truly has their own answers within themselves. My job is to come alongside you and help you discover yours. The pain of the past forms a belief about our identity for today. It is this skewed perception of self that actually keeps us at odds with our choices about our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. Using different techniques, such as CBT, EMDR, mindfulness, and motivational interviewing, I help you process emotions, and identify limiting beliefs that have created roadblocks in your life. We work together to heal from pain, harness the power of true self-acceptance, and create peace and confidence. Over the past 15 years, I have worked as a life coach. I have enjoyed merging the two skills. As a "theracoach" I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome self-criticism, doubt, sadness, anxiety, overwhelm, and relationship struggles. I work with individuals, parents, adolescents, and couples, giving them a different lens for self-perception.
