Therapy can provide an opportunity for self-discovery, a safe space to process difficult thoughts, emotions and experiences creating a life that aligns with one's goals and values. If you or your child is struggling with challenges related to stress, anxiety, depression and/or low self-esteem leading to dissatisfaction in various aspects of life, it may be time to reach out and ask for help (that is often the hardest part!). Willingness to collaborate with your therapist is essential and we will begin with building a positive therapeutic rapport; together we will tackle the other hard stuff.
