If you’re an adult experiencing anxiety, phase of life issues, and/or communication/relationship issues I can help. I assist clients in identifying messages and behavior patterns that create self-doubt, anxiety, guilt, and shame, and work to create a safe place to process trauma. I’m passionate about empowering women and mothers to recognize their strengths and abilities while providing support and insight. I want to support my clients in their journey to grow in their confidence and understanding of themselves while developing skills that assist them in their daily lives, creating healthier relationships with themselves and others. I believe that developing an authentic, positive relationship and utilizing client strengths is key to creating positive change in life.
