My name is Jamie Helton, and I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor as well as a Marriage and Family Therapist. Currently I am seeing patients in Montana via telehealth. I prefer to utilize a client centered approach to ensure that I provide a safe space for processing trauma, relationship struggles, anxiety, and depression.
