Jamie received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Towson University and her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. Jamie is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She incorporates a number of modalities into her therapy sessions such as: Narrative, Solution-focused, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other evidenced-based modalities. As a clinician, Jamie is passionate about helping clients foster self-awareness and gain insight into their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors.
