I work with adults and couples who may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or facing a life transition or change, and who long to connect—or reconnect—with themselves. You may carry the weight of old family patterns, feel worn down from being so hard on yourself, or yearn for deeper relationships where you can show up with honesty, care, and connection.
