I’ve been in private practice for 20 years and I believe that everyone has unique challenges and needs. I approach counseling with this mindset, and therefore each and every client is treated as an individual, not a number. Clients are encouraged to participate actively on their goals between sessions to better help them progress. I follow a holistic approach, and I believe physical health and mental health go hand in hand. Therapy is best when one's strengths are utilized to assist them in achieving their goals. My specialties include Trauma/PTSD, ADHD and Post partum Depression. Women's Empowerment through life changes is a special interest of mine. With a background in Education, ADHD and Learning Disabilities are another area of specialty.
