I work with adult individuals/couples from a relational, somatic, mindfulness based perspective. It is my belief that the safety and trust built in the therapeutic relationship is a guiding force in the healing process. I invite you to show up as your full self so that over time we can look at the many different parts of you and experiences that you carry. From that place of authenticity, we will mindfully unpack, process and integrate your thoughts, feelings and somatic experiences. Together, we will practice tending to your self without judgement and coming back into relationship with your self over and over again.
