Hi! I’m an LPC in GA and have worked for 10+ years with all age groups in outpatient/inpatient settings struggling with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, & suicidal thoughts. My therapeutic approach is integrative, primarily influenced by Cognitive Behavioral, Interpersonal Process, and Acceptance and Commitment Therapies. I have worked with clients diagnosed with depression, anxiety, post-traumatic stress, attention-deficit hyperactivity, and psychotic disorders, as well as those struggling with behavioral and emotional distress, low self-esteem, suicidal thoughts, self-harm, insomnia, and more.
