Everyday adversities can add up over our lifetime. Unfortunately, we live in a society that too often has a "forget about it and move on" attitude. I want to help you slow down and really look at how your life journey has impacted your overall mental health. My goal is to create a safe place for you or your child to begin understanding how these stressors are impacting your life. I want to normalize the importance of self awareness, communication and self love.
