As a counselor with lived experience in and out of the therapeutic world, I have an eclectic and flexible approach. My intention is to offer empowering, inclusive and laidback therapy while we navigate life and cultivate hope. Essential to growth and healing are empathy, creativity, humor, self-compassion, curiosity, and learning new skills. On this path, we may also explore intersecting identities; cultural and environmental influences; social/family systems; grief; trauma; professional roles; and/or other areas entirely.
