You deserve a space where you feel seen, supported, and understood. I work with individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s challenges—whether it’s anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, or major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling stuck, disconnected from themselves, or unsure how to move forward. My role is to offer a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore what’s getting in the way, understand your patterns, and begin building the life you want. Together, we take things one step at a time, always at a pace that feels right to you. I support children, adolescents, and adults through trauma, emotional challenges, and identity stress. I offer a warm, affirming space for LGBTQ+ clients and use trauma-focused, client-centered care to help you build coping skills, confidence, and lasting healing.
