For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals and families as they navigate some of life's most challenging moments. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, my work has focused on supporting older adults, caregivers, and those facing significant life changes, including grief and loss. I am dedicated to helping people navigate grief and loss, including the heartbreak of infant and pregnancy loss. My approach is grounded in compassion, empathy, and connection. Healing begins when we feel supported, heard, and understood. In our work together, you will find a safe and gentle space to explore your emotions at your own pace.
