Therapy should be a personal and unique space for each individual. For children and adolescents therapy can be intimidating, as it is unknown. However, early intervention is crucial to their social emotional development and can help empower them to be the best version of themselves. As a therapist, I operate from a strengths based approach and solutions focused perspective, in which I partner with my client, their parents and other team members to help them meet their targeted goals.
