As a veteran, a mom, and a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I bring valuable lived experience to my work, particularly in supporting veterans and first responders in trauma recovery and providing affirming therapy for LGBTQIA+ individuals. I support women through relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and intimacy / sexual concerns. In sessions, I use mindfulness, art therapy, and Gottman Method techniques, among other things.
