I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) with over a decade of experience specializing in the treatment of complex trauma. Since 2014, I have worked with children and adolescents impacted by human trafficking, dissociative disorders, early life neglect, attachment disruptions, and problematic sexual behaviors. My therapeutic approach is trauma-responsive and integrative, drawing from evidence-based modalities including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I also incorporate Canine-Assisted Therapy with the support of my two certified therapy dogs.
